	2 cups heavy cream, whipped
	dash of nutmeg
	1 cup mashed mangos
Directions	Mix mango and apple juice. Add sugar to taste. Freeze for 30 minutes. Beat it well then fold in whipped cream and nutmeg. Pour into porcelain petit pots and chill for several hours.
