Ingredients
3 cups heavy cream
1/2 cup powdered sugar
shaved chocolate
16 ripe firm mangos
Directions Cut mangos into pieces but do not peel. Simmer in a small amount of water 25-30 minutes, until tender. Force through a fine sieve. Cool. Fold in stiffly whipped cream. Add sugar and turn into individual dessert dishes. Garnish with shaved chocolate. Chill.
